Shipping Policy

• Live coral orders are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure peak health at the time of shipping.
• All shipments are scheduled for 1 day shipping via Overnight.
• Should you have a preferred shipping date, kindly inform us after placing your order. Otherwise, we will ensure your order is shipped within 48 hours
• You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

• Standard shipping rate of 39.99 will be applied at checkout.

Orders over $399 ship FREE within the continental U.S.

All orders are packed in insulated boxes with heat or cold packs as needed, within secure containers to keep your corals safe during transit.

• We guarantee live arrival of all corals as long as someone is present to accept the package on the first delivery attempt.
• In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the coral in its original packaging.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Replacements and/or credits may be issued in the unfortunate event of a DOA

Local pickup or delivery may be available in select areas. Contact us to arrange this option before placing your order.

• We currently ship only within the continental United States.
• Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or outside the U.S. at this time.

In cases of extreme weather or carrier disruptions, shipments may be delayed to protect the health of your corals. If this occurs, we’ll contact you promptly to reschedule shipping.
